The company focuses on storytelling initiatives that engage with local communities, aiming to create impactful and resonant art that reflects diverse experiences.

Young Musicians Project

Natasha is also a founding artist and co-leader of the Young Musicians Project (YMP) in Sunderland, an initiative by We Make Culture. Since its inception, YMP has provided a supportive environment for young people aged 13–19 to explore songwriting, collaboration, and performance. Operating from Field Music Studio and Pop Recs Ltd, the project offers free weekly sessions, recording opportunities, and live performances, nurturing the next generation of North East musicians.

Through these roles, Natasha continues to champion accessible and empowering experiences, reinforcing her dedication to community engagement and cultural development.
